Job Description:

Required - Experience with SAP, Raw foods, and food manufacturing experience

Plan, purchase and expedite the acquisition of quality ingredients, packaging, labels, and miscellaneous plant supplies at the lowest possible price. Coordinates purchases to meet production schedules and maintains optimal inventory levels of all required materials.

Plans finished goods inventory to include inter-plant branch trasfers and purchased items. Establish and maintain proper purchasing practices within HQ Purchasing and Plant Operations guidelines to ensure fair ethical relationships with our suppliers while purchasing and expediting high quality ingredients and packaging materials at the lowest possible price. Maintain optimum ingredient, packaging material, purchased and inter-plant transferred finished goods inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements.
